Refund policy
We no longer pay lost or damage claims for orders shipped via the U.S. Post Office or UPS.
All of our packages are wrapped extremely well and we cannot control lost or stolen packages. This applies to orders both inside and outside the United States. Per Postal Regulations the RECEIVER is responsible for filing lost claims and is the only one who can receive a claims payment. The owner of Sunshower Crystals will do their best to help but will no longer offer refunds for lost packages. If a package is damaged the owner will do their best to ensure you get a discount or store credit on your next order but will not offer a refund. This is the responsibility of the postal service to refund any Damaged or lost packages. Thank you for understanding.
We NO longer accept exchanges or returns after a product is purchased. Be sure to double check all images and make sure the item is something you love. The buyer is responsible for the product after purchasing. If you need further photos please email me! Sunshowercrystals@gmail.com
